Please read carefully before finalizing your order.
Our staff will contact you to verify your order and confirm delivery date. Delivery is between Monday to Saturday from 10am to 6pm (excluding public holidays). Lead time will be 3 to 5 working days subject to stock availability. Free shipping is only applicable for orders amounting to S$100.00 and above, to one local address on mainland Singapore, during operating hours. Surcharge S$30.00 for delivery to Sentosa. Transport Charge S$30.00 for Cash & Carry item.
Express Next day Delivery
In stock items are available for Express delivery at $40.00 per invoice. Applies on orders placed before 1pm on Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Delivery Of Multiple Items
If you have ordered more than one item, you may receive the items separately, and at different delivery times, though in most cases, we will arrange for all the items to be delivered in one trip. Should the items be delivered separately, you will be informed in advance.
Changing of delivery date
Any changes of delivery date be done via email to: email@example.com at least 24 hours before delivery.

Delivery via Staircase
Should the specified shipping address be inaccessible by an elevator or on a different floor/storey from the loading bay or ground floor, or if the goods do not fit in the elevator, extra charges will apply as follow: 1st to 3rd floor = $0, above 3rd Floor = S$5.00 per floor in addition to the standard delivery charges. We only accept Cash Payment upon completion of the delivery.
Free disposal of old mattress only. Our delivery staff has the right to reject any mattress for disposal if they suspect that the mattress is infested with bed bugs or other insects. We will not dispose of mattresses that are infested with bed bugs or other insects to avoid contamination of the clean and brand new mattresses that are in the delivery vehicles.
We do not dispose of old bed frame or other furniture. Your old furniture will need to be removed before we can deliver and install the new furniture. We do not provide furniture disposal services. We are not able to dispose of old furniture (e.g. bed frame) as old furniture needs to be broken into pieces and incurs a fee paid to the relevant authorities to have it disposed properly. You may contact your local town council for free disposal service, or contact your building management for assistance.
In the event that the goods cannot be delivered on your preferred delivery date and/or time slot due to reasons including but not limited to lack of stock from suppliers, scheduling difficulties, you will be notified at our earliest convenience. The Company reserves the right to amend the delivery timings should such circumstances arise. The company will not be liable for any losses on delivery delay resulting from unforeseen circumstances or any other circumstances within or beyond the company's control.
Terms & Conditions
All photos in this website are taken to ensure as accurate representation of the products as possible. However due to lighting or photo taking constraints, product’s actual color may vary slightly from the photo. Sometimes it might be due to the different settings on our monitors. Different batches of productions might also vary slightly in dimensions or color. Dimension of mattress or bed frame with +/-1.5cm variance are market accepted tolerance.
Changing of Items
Any changes to items in the order should be done via email to: email@example.com at least 24 hours before delivery. Orders of customized items cannot be changed once they are confirmed.
Holding of Order
Item/s purchased must be collected or delivered within 3 months from date of purchase or payment will be forfeited.
Paypal and Internet Banking

We will accept a Free of Charge return for items delivered wrongly, damaged or faulty. Please inspect your item at the time of delivery. If there is a defect or a problem, please highlight to our delivery staff and we will gladly exchange. We do not offer comfort exchanges under any circumstance. Manufacturers only warrant for defect and do not take back mattresses that are too hard or too soft. This is a sanitary issue and we will not re sell used bedding.
Merchandise bought at mattress-centre.com can be exchanged due to wrong size within 48 hours except for customized items. Merchandise for exchange must be strictly unused, no damage and in resalable condition with original packaging/plastic packaging in order to be eligible for exchange. Transport fees $40.00 will be imposed for the exchange.
Items can be called for a refund if they are found with manufacturer's defects within 7 days from date of delivery. In the interest of hygiene: bedding accessories and mattresses cannot be returned unless they are new condition, unopened and in their original packaging. We do not accept any refund after the 7th day. Transport fees $40.00 will be imposed. Clearance, Promotion and Customised Items are Strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If your return meets all the requirements above and you wish to proceed with the return, please fill in the Product Returns Form. Our customer service staff will contact you within 24 hours. The Mattress Centre reserves the right to reject any request or return if item does not meet all of the conditions.
You can cancel within 24 hours after you placed the order with no additional charge and receive a full refund of the item(s) you wish to cancel. Refund will be made to the same method of payment as the original payment. Cancellation of orders is not accepted after item are delivered. All monies paid will be forfeited in the event of a cancellation. It is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Please keep your invoice as proof of purchase. We provide 6 months warranty against manufacturing defects on structure and frames excluding misuse or wear and tear. All mattresses will follow the manufacturer’s warranty duration and subject to their terms and conditions. The warranty on the new mattress and foundation you purchase is not an indicator of how long the product should be used before replacement. The mattress warranty is there to protect the customer from product defects not against the gradual loss of comfort and support.
Right to reject an order
We reserve the right to reject any online/offline order that is due to data entry error or for any other reason without liability or compensation to the Customer. This includes all cases of “zero” priced items. The Company will refund the Customer for whatever has been paid for all such cases.
Limitation of liability
Our maximum aggregate liability to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount received from you for the relevant product(s) purchased.
